Vilion Receives TÜV SÜD IEC 62477 TÜV SÜD Mark Certificate

Recently, at the CIBF 2025 17th China International Battery Fair, Mr. Christian Theeck, Chief Expert on EU Battery Regulations from TÜV SÜD, officially presented the IEC 62477 TÜV SÜD Mark certificate to Vilion for its newly updated EnerArk integrated outdoor battery energy storage cabinet. This certification marks the achievement of international recognition for the safety performance of Vilion's new EnerArk storage products.

Prior to this, TÜV SÜD conducted a rigorous evaluation of the EnerArk, confirming that it meets the international safety requirements outlined in IEC 62477. The certification covers key safety indicators including electrical safety, mechanical safety, fire protection, and environmental adaptability, ensuring the product meets high safety standards for the global market.

The new EnerArk integrated outdoor battery energy storage cabinet is specifically designed for commercial and industrial energy storage users. It features an All-in-One highly integrated design, equipped with Novec 1230 and a water fire suppression system, as well as built-in inter-cluster isolation and fireproof &pressure relief technology, enhancing overall system safety. The product supports applications such as photovoltaic AC and DC coupling, as well as grid rapid frequency regulation. Since its launch, it has received orders from 15 countries, totaling nearly 200 units.

This certification expands the international market for Vilion's upgraded EnerArk series energy storage products, enabling them to serve a broader global customer base. In the future, Vilion will continue to drive innovation and promote the safety and sustainable development of energy storage technology to meet the growing demand for green energy solutions worldwide.
