Vilion's FMEA Training: Strengthening Quality and Risk Management!

To systematically improve product quality and process reliability, enhance risk prevention capabilities, and optimize product and process design, Vilion organized a two-day FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) training from October 21st to 22nd, 2025. Employees from the Product R&D Center, Platform and Component Technology R&D Center, Operation & Delivery Center, and Products & Solution Center gathered to learn systematic risk analysis tools, aiming to prevent potential problems from the source and inject new momentum into the companys high-quality development.

The training was led by industry expert Mr. Zou, who brings over 10 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and has deep project management consulting experience with nearly 20 enterprises. He holds multiple authoritative qualifications, including the Six Sigma Black Belt from the China Quality Association, DFSS core technology and QFD consulting expert (leading in China), and PMI certified instructor from the Project Management Institute.

The training covered key areas of the FMEA knowledge system, including risk identification, risk breakdown, understanding FMEA, practical FMEA, and implementing risk management. Mr. Zou followed the principle of rich content and diverse formats, integrating real-world consulting project cases to ensure practical application. The course adopted a multi-dimensional approach, combining theoretical explanation, hands-on exercises, and case analysis, and included team interactive activities to encourage real-time learning and application.

Over the two days, participants actively engaged in discussions, analysis, and exercises, deepening their understanding of FMEA concepts and mastering tool applications. Feedback from participants highlighted the trainings relevance and practicality, as it not only enhanced their understanding of FMEA theory and methods but also reinforced the importance of risk control. They are committed to applying these insights in product development, process design, and risk prevention to improve quality and prevent risks from the source.

This successful FMEA training is an important step in Vilions commitment to quality management and strengthening risk control. Moving forward, Vilion will continue to offer professional training programs to enhance employees skills and expertise, using advanced technology and management tools to drive business development and lay a solid foundation for sustainable, high-quality growth.
