Vilion Training Highlights|Project Management Essentials & Empowering Team Collaboration

Recently, Vilion successfully concluded a two-day, company-wide Project Management Practice Training. The program was delivered by Mr. Zhu Qi, a senior industry expert, under the theme “Focusing on Project Management Essentials & Empowering Team Collaboration.” The training injected strong momentum into improving project execution efficiency and effectiveness for the year ahead.

Training in Progress

Mr. Zhu holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Harbin Institute of Technology and brings 13 years of experience in Integrated Product Development and Project Management. He previously served as a Level-16 Project Manager at Huawei and as Deputy General Manager of the R&D Center of a listed scientific instrumentation company, combining strong academic credentials with extensive hands-on industry expertise. Drawing on real-world projects across ICT, artificial intelligence, and other sectors, he systematically deconstructed the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Through topics such as work breakdown structures, quantitative risk management, and AI-enabled efficiency improvement, complex methodologies were translated into practical, actionable tools.

Group Discussions

The training created an immersive learning environment characterized by rigorous professionalism and high engagement. Through case studies, group discussions, and hands-on exercises, participants actively explored real project scenarios, including requirement analysis and conflict resolution. Spanning both traditional project management tools and intelligent applications in the AI era, the content was highly structured and practical, effectively addressing common challenges in project advancement, resource coordination, and risk control.

Interactive Sharing

This training not only clarified the core logic of project management but also equipped employees with methodologies that can be directly applied in daily work. Looking ahead, Vilion will continue to strengthen team capabilities through a combination of professional training and real-world practice, further elevating project management excellence and laying a solid foundation for breakthrough performance in the new year.
