TÜV Süd Awarded Vilion IEC 62619 Certificate


On April 27, 2024, during the "16th China International Battery Fair" (CIBF2024), TÜV Süd officially awarded Vilion the IEC62619 certification for the "Lithium-ion Battery System EnerArk2.0." Chief Technical Expert of TÜV Süd's Battery Products Department, Mr. Shubo Zhang, and Mr. Dee Zhang, Vilion's Product Development Director, attended the certification ceremony. Currently, the EnerArk2.0 product has obtained a full series of CE certifications.

Previously, TÜV Süd inspectors strictly followed the IEC 62619 standard to conduct tests on EnerArk2.0, including over-temperature protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, drop tests, and completed a series of functional safety assessments. After around two months, the product successfully passed all tests and evaluations, obtaining the TÜV Süd certification. Chief Technical Expert of TÜV Süd's Battery Products Department, Mr. Shubo Zhang, congratulated Vilion again on successfully obtaining the TÜV certification and expressed anticipation for future cooperation between the two parties.

The acquisition of the IEC62619 certificate signifies that Vilion's EnerArk2.0 lithium-ion battery system meets the current international mainstream safety standards. This achievement will further enhance customers' confidence and recognition of Vilion products, helping us expand into broader global markets.

EnerArk2.0 is an All-in-One energy storage system developed by Vilion specifically for C&I energy storage applications. It features high-performance LFP cells and a modular design concept, supporting both AC-coupled and DC-coupled applications, with plug-and-play functionality and easy integration and installation. In the future, Vilion will continue to focus on technological advancements and product innovation in C&I battery energy storage, contributing to global energy transformation and sustainable development.
