Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing Factory Successfully Completes FAT for Zhuhai Client

On August 29, 2024, Vilion welcomed a client team from Zhuhai to its Intelligent manufacturing facility in Shenzhen. The purpose of this visit was to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on two EnerArk-M integrated outdoor battery energy storage cabinets that are scheduled for delivery. With the close collaboration of the company's pre-sales engineers and commissioning engineers, the testing process proceeded smoothly and was successfully completed.

At the start of the testing, the client conducted a thorough and detailed inspection of the design features and appearance of the EnerArk-M units. The inspection covered aspects such as the compliance of the equipment's structural wiring, the accuracy of the nameplate information, and the conformity of the casing materials and dimensions. The client highly praised the professionalism and practicality of the EnerArk-M's exterior design.
After that, the client team, accompanied by the pre-sales engineer, conducted an in-depth performance evaluation of the EnerArk-M units. The testing process included key aspects such as external communication tests, system startup and emergency shutdown tests, charge and discharge tests, and Energy Management System (EMS) functionality tests. The EnerArk-M units successfully passed the tests, demonstrating exceptional performance and stability. Under the witness of the client, this FAT was completed successfully.

The successful completion of the FAT tests signifies that the two EnerArk-M integrated outdoor battery energy storage cabinets are now ready for delivery. These units will soon be shipped to the project site, where they will be integrated with local charging stations to create a combined energy storage + charging application scenario. In this setup, the EnerArk-M will store electricity during off-peak hours and release it during peak times to power the charging facilities. This approach not only effectively achieves peak-load shifting for the power grid but also alleviates the pressure on the grid during peak periods. By reducing the impact of load fluctuations on grid stability, it helps ensure balanced grid operation.
