Itochu Visits Vilion, Exploring New Horizons in Collaboration


Recently, the delegation from Itochu Corporation (Japan’s TOP 3 general trading companies) visited Vilion again for discussions on deepening cooperation in developing commercial and industrial energy storage projects, aiming to further strengthen their strategic collaboration. Accompanied by Vilion's Overseas Marketing Director Miles Ge and Product Development Center Director Dee Zhang, the delegation visited the Vilion 5MWh industrial park energy storage project in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China. This project has deployed 24 EnerArk integrated outdoor battery energy storage cabinets. Once operational, it will leverage peak-valley electricity price differences to achieve significant economic benefits, helping the industrial park to reduce electricity costs.

During the visit, Dee Zhang provided the delegation with a detailed overview of the entire process from the solution design to the efficient execution and delivery of the project.  He particularly emphasized how the Vilion technical team accurately captured customer needs and combined them with the actual conditions of the project to create cost-effective and highly reliable energy storage solutions. This not only demonstrated Vilion's excellence in technological innovation and customized service but also earned high praise and recognition from the Itochu delegation.

Looking ahead, Vilion and Itochu will continue to adhere to the principle of mutual benefit, deepening their cooperation in the commercial and industrial energy storage market. The two parties will jointly seize the opportunities brought by the global transition to clean energy for the development of the energy storage sector. Together, they will promote the widespread application of energy storage technology, contributing to low-cost and clean energy use for commercial and industrial users.
