Last Wednesday, 13 September, we welcomed an Asian customer from the United States to visit our company and learn more about our commercial and industrial battery storage systems and energy management systems (EMS). The tour provided an excellent opportunity for customers to learn more about our company and products.

At the beginning of the visit, we introduced our company background and main products to the customers in the meeting room, and showed the core functions of the commercial and industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) through a concise PowerPoint presentation. The customers were impressed by our commitment and products, and then we started the factory tour together.

Afterwards, the customers came to our advanced factory to experience the production process of battery energy storage systems. Stepping into the production workshop, the guests from afar witnessed every step of the process from raw materials to finished products. Our engineers explained the production steps in detail, and the customers gained a deeper and clearer understanding of the manufacturing process.

The guest wanted to know more about our leading Energy Management System (EMS). Guided by our professional technical team, they personally operated the EMS software and learned how to monitor, optimize and manage the battery energy storage system. Customers were impressed by the intelligence and efficiency of the EMS, which will undoubtedly bring great potential to their business.

The factory tour was a valuable opportunity to learn more about our company, products and technology. We feel honored to share our vision with our customers in the pursuit of innovation and sustainability.
