On May 18, 2022, Mr. Chi of a Economic Development Bureau in Shandong province, China and Mr. Bi of a Shandong company lead the delegations arrived at Vilion for visiting and communicating. The two parties discussed a lot on the utilization of the 2^nd life power batteries, battery energy storage, the application about the utilization of the 2^nd life power batteries to the MIIT, and the CNAS evidence obtaining, as well as the future cooperation between the two parties.

Firstly, The Shandong company and Vilion respectively demonstrated and introduced their respective companies, products and technical advantages at the exchange meeting. Later, Mr. Chi and Mr. Bi visited Vilion's production and processing base in Shenzhen. Accompanied by Vilion’s CEO Mr. Shawn and chief engineer Mr. Andy, Vilion gave a detailed explanation of the 2^nd life power battery utilization technology, energy storage battery and assembly production line and production process.

Finally, the two parties reached a preliminary agreement on the cooperation intention of the 8MW/16MWh 2^nd life battery containerized energy storage system project in a City of Shandong Province.
