“UNITY AND INNOVATION” — Record of Vilion's Outdoor Team-Building Event

On August 24, 2024, In order to further enhance team cohesion, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and promote the harmonious integration of new and existing employees, Vilion meticulously organized a team-building event themed "Unity and Innovation for a Promising Future with Vilion" During this event, employees not only deeply understood the core idea of "Unity and Collaboration, Shared Success," but also showcased the spirit of Vilion people who embrace challenges and strive for excellence.

The event, held at Dapeng Mingma Xuan in Shenzhen, featured six challenging activities: Icebreaker, Inspirational Rally, Rapid 60 Seconds, Battlefield Commands, Graduation Wall, and Live Action CS. Despite the scorching sun, the participants' enthusiasm remained high. At the beginning of the event, all participants quickly closed the distance between each other through spirited chants and team photos, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

The "Inspirational Rally" project allowed team members to profoundly experience the essence of teamwork. Confronted with what appeared to be a simple ball-juggling task, everyone quickly realized that only by aligning their thoughts and efforts could they overcome challenges and achieve success. This project not only honed the team's mutual understanding and collaborative skills but also conveyed the profound lesson that "a single tree does not make a forest, and a lone string cannot play a melody."

The subsequent "Graduation Wall" challenge pushed the spirit of teamwork to its limits. Confronted with a wall several meters high, everyone had to scale it without any external assistance. What seemed like an impossible task became achievable through the collective effort of the team. Despite numerous attempts and failures, no one gave up. With mutual support and encouragement from all members, the challenge was ultimately conquered. In that moment, each person felt immense pride and emotion, and a deeper belief in the truth of "unity is strength."

The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the "Real-Life CS Battlefield" segment. Dressed in professional gear, all employees transformed into valiant soldiers and engaged in intense confrontations on a simulated battlefield. This immersive experience not only allowed everyone to forget the worries of daily work in the intense and exciting atmosphere, but also underscored the importance of courage, conviction, and teamwork in real combat scenarios.

This outdoor team-building event created lasting and cherished memories for the entire family at Vilion. Through the series of challenging activities, both new and seasoned employees quickly forged friendships, significantly enhancing team cohesion. With the valuable experiences gained from the event, all employees are set to carry forward the spirit of unity and progress in their future work, collectively facing new challenges and shaping a bright future for Vilion.
