Building upon EnerArk 2.0, EnerArk 2.1 has undergone further performance and technical optimizations, positioning the EnerArk series of energy storage products for greater competitiveness in the global energy storage market. On the same day, a technical Q&A session was also held, where marketing engineers from both domestic and overseas centers discussed in detail the technical issues encountered when dealing with customers. The meeting also discussed post-sales issues encountered during project execution, with the aim of leveraging past project experiences to prevent similar issues in future deliveries. Following the meeting, the Solutions Center summarized and submitted the identified problems to the Product Development Center.
